What Makes a Good Project?

Finding a Good project is at least as important as finding a good company to do it in! Good project is one where you

i] Learn about policies & procedures in all sections of the HR Department
ii] Work on a real life issue or problem that exists in the host company
iii] Make recommendations that are likely to get implemented
iv] Prepare a final report that is presentable.

Often during job interviews, selection panel will ask you about your project. If they don't, then you could find a way to mention it so that they ask. This way you bring them on a subject about which you have good knowledge & some practical experience also!

Success in Written Tests

Several companies use Intelligence Tests and Aptitude Tests in their selection process. It is an excellent idea to practice similar tests. There is an average increase of 10 to 15% in your score by practicing. Here are some places you can practice for free:

Rozie's Check your IQ Test
Test has 60 Questions. One of the most popular on internet.

Self Discovery Workshop's IQ Test
Test has 38 Questions, to be done in 13 Minutes. Again one of the most popular on internet

Majon's Online IQ Tests
There are 4 IQ Tests here, each with increasing difficulty. There is a free "Test Preparation Center" to guide about preparation for GRE, GMAT, LSAT, SAT, MCAT for college admissions. Also music to lighten the mind!

Queendom's Classical Intelligence Test
Test has 60 questions, takes between 45 to 60 minutes.

What is the difference between Intelligence and Aptitudes Tests?

Aptitude tests that will be used at your level (MBA or BBA graduates), will mostly test a sub-factor from Intelligence Tests.
