| Women must play an integral role in all the world's issues or else humanity's challenges will never be solved, says Laura Liswood (HBS MBA '76). In this interview with the HBS Bulletin, Liswood discusses her role as a co-founder of the ground-breaking Council of Women World Leaders, which brings together the knowledge and skills of 22 women leaders at the highest levels of world governments. Though Council members may have different interpretations of what constitutes "good leadership," says Liswood, they all serve as important role models for other women who might aspire to senior positions in government, not least that of U.S. President. |
